Utilities will need to be transferred into Tenant's name effective the date of possession.  To assist you, a letter will be provided to you detailing the meter and service address information.  In most cases the electrical provider will be Consumers Energy who can be reached at (800) 805-0490, and the natural gas provider will be DTE Energy who can be reached at (800) 383-4249.   The water provider is the city offices where the space is located.
