Rental Application Instructions
Please complete and submit all required application materials. Incomplete applications may delay processing.
Required Forms
- Catt Development Rental Application — List everyone who will live in the home. All adult household members (18+) must sign, except an 18-year-old son or daughter who is still attending high school.
- MSHDA Tenant Income Certification — Each household member age 18 or older must complete a separate form.
- Consumer Report & Criminal Background Check Authorization — Complete and sign as required.
Required Documentation
Please include:
- $30 non-refundable application fee
- Most recent 3 months of bank statements
- Most recent 3 months of pay stubs
- Documentation of any additional household income
This is an income-restricted community, and total household income must fall within the applicable income limits.
